Lesvos - Eressos

Approximate 2 hours drive from the capital Mytilini, gay women from all over the world and Greece gather to skala Eressos a small Greek village resort on the island of Lesvos and home of the famous ancient greek poetess, Sappho. Eressos has the reputation to be the world’s most lively Mecca for gay women.

beach (the northern end of the beach is a nude bathing area known as "the women's beach"), with dark volcanic sand and its crystal-clear unpolluted water Eressos offers all kinds of alternative events throughout the summer, from tai-chi lessons on the beach to reiki, shiatsu or ayurvedic massage.
